How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
To request a return, send an email to wen.laxhofur@gmail.com with the subject line "Return." Include your order ID, phone number, bank account details (Account Number, Name, IFSC Code), and the reason for the return. Your return request will be processed within 1-2 business days according to our return policy.

Return Process:
If you reside in India, keep the item packed and ready for a reverse pickup.

If you are outside India, please ship the product to:

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns and Exchanges:
We accept return or exchange requests made within 7 days of delivery. To exchange an item, email us at wen.laxhofur@gmail.com with your order ID and the desired replacement. Your exchange request will be processed within 24 hours.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items purchased under discount (Coupon or referral)
- Keychains, free gifts, and promotional items
- International orders
- Return requests made after 7 days of delivery

Refund Process:
 Refunds may take up to 2 to 5 business days to reflect in your account after the returned item has been delivered and inspected, which can take 15-20 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received a refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If needed, contact us at wen.laxhofur@gmail.com.

Reasons for Return or Exchange Rejection:
- Item not sent back with original packaging and in perfect condition.
- Return request made after 7 days of delivery.
- Ensure that every parcel undergoes a rigorous 5-stage quality inspection.
